Information we collect
Account and contact details; profile, education, employment, skills, languages and CV content; applications and saved vacancies; messages and reports; recruiter organization and vacancy media; approximate location supplied by you; and product interactions used to operate and personalize recommendations.
How we use information
We authenticate accounts, provide job and recruitment features, parse CVs, calculate and improve personalized vacancy and candidate matches, deliver messages, prevent abuse, moderate content, provide support and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for cross-company advertising tracking.
Who receives information
Supabase provides authentication, database and file storage services. Our private CV parser processes uploaded CVs. Apple and Google process information when you choose their sign-in methods. Recruiters receive a job seeker’s application profile and CV only when that person applies or otherwise chooses to share it. Other users can see content you intentionally post.
Automated recommendations
VibeWork uses profile and CV features, vacancy features and interactions such as viewing, saving and applying to rank content. These scores help order recommendations and assist recruiters; they do not make final hiring decisions. You can update your profile and CV to influence future recommendations.
Retention and deletion
We retain account data while your account is active and as needed for security, dispute prevention and legal obligations. You can permanently delete your account from Account & security. Reports and moderation records may be retained when necessary to protect users and document safety decisions.
Your choices and rights
You can access and correct profile information in the app, change language, block users, report content and delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing by contacting us.
Children
VibeWork is intended for people old enough to seek employment and is not directed to children under 13. Users must also meet the minimum age required in their country.
Security and international processing
We use access controls, row-level database policies and protected storage. No system is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own under applicable safeguards.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated in the app or through another appropriate channel, and the effective date will be updated.
